Cancellations
As a promise to our clientele, we will create a schedule that includes all hours of the day, any day of the week. When you schedule with our team you will receive a confirmation at time of booking. And on the day of the scheduled event, you will be pleased to receive a reminder. If unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances occur, we will do our best to accommodate as appropriate. We also ask for our clients to withhold their promise of keeping their scheduled appointments, or allowing at least 24 hours advanced notice if change is required.
